We were engaged by the Victorian School Building Authority to conduct structural engineering for the construction of Mount Alexander High School, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to foster an active and inclusive build. After collaborating closely with Kosloff Architecture we are delighted to see the school come to life.
The new 4,590 square meter, five-storey, secondary educational facility features administrative offices, junior science laboratories, a new standalone canteen pavilion and music digital technology, along with adaptable teaching and learning spaces tailored to accommodate an additional 400 students.
The landscape design incorporates Indigenous plant species, which the project team had the privilege of learning about from Traditional Owners.
