The project team’s open stance on community consciousness is exemplified in their commitment to implementing local feedback, this includes the retention of local heritage shop fronts and walls whilst adding retail offerings with carparks to elevate the vibrant neighborhood. With the design now refined and approved by the State Commission Assessment Panel, design and construction are progressing rapidly with on-site demolition now complete and piling commencing soon for the $70 mil TCC development.
