We work across high-rise, multi-residential, commercial, industrial, health and education sectors, supporting projects of varying scale and complexity throughout Australia.

Our approach is grounded in service, technical expertise and practical delivery. We work alongside developers, architects and builders to resolve engineering challenges early, ensuring outcomes that are efficient, buildable and aligned with the intent of each project.

With experience across a broad range of project types including modular construction, we bring a consistent and considered approach to every engagement, focusing on clarity, coordination and solutions that perform in practice.

Matter operates with a strong sense of accountability across our work, supported by a collaborative team environment and a commitment to delivering reliable, well-executed outcomes.

All projects are delivered with senior oversight, ensuring consistency, accountability and a high standard of delivery from design through to completion.

Our team of over 40 structural and civil engineers and documenters bring both local and international experience across a wide range of sectors and project types. With offices in Melbourne and Adelaide, we support projects across Australia’s major cities.

We place a strong emphasis on communication, coordination and continuous improvement, working closely with project teams to ensure clarity at every stage.

Our designs are developed through comprehensive documentation and data-rich BIM modelling in Autodesk Revit, supporting coordination, accuracy and efficient project delivery. All work is undertaken with project leaders directly involved in design, coordination and decision-making throughout the lifecycle of each project.
