After landing the project in 2021, Matter has been working closely with @synergy construct to deliver @auta_group an engineered direction for the construction of Adelaide’s 4th tallest building.

The foundation design for Victoria Tower Adelaide (VTA) employed large diameter piles directly below the tower columns. An overall more efficient engineering design approach that offers less excavation on site, smaller local caps, and overall a significant acceleration to the substructure construction program. This approach called for successfully commissioning on-site the largest piling rig available in South Australia by Synergy Construct and Hully Foundations.

Backed by assuring pile testing results, the foundation of this Adelaide skyscraper has been successfully laid in a remarkably short time. Keep an eye in the coming months as the tower rises 37 floors above ground and starts to take shape. At completion, VTA will offer 285 residences with 6 luxury penthouses, commercial and retail tenancies, and 175 above-ground carparks.’
