Collaborating with the design team, Matter created a structurally efficient and vertically-aligned  building including consideration of a non-load-bearing precast facade. We also provided civil engineering services, which included carefully coordinating with the impressive landscape architecture to seamlessly integrate the building into the surrounding precinct.
