CASTLEROCK PROPERTY LTD in delivering a new Victorian Government office building in Frankston.

We are extremely proud to be part of a project that will focus on delivering essential government services to Frankston and its neighbouring communities. The building’s objective is to offer a sustainable, welcoming and inclusive work environment that takes advantage of its seaside setting and vistas of Port Phillip Bay – all in an effort to entice employment and drive growth in the region.

The Eastern Great Egret, a native bird that lives on the Mornington Peninsula, served as the model for the design concept, which pays tribute to the area’s natural surroundings. Matter is energised to actualise this vision and set the foundations for project partners.
