We have been engaged by Minuzzo Project Management Pty Ltd to conduct structural engineering works for Woodville South’s latest medical house. A growing demand for high-end specialist consulting services in the area is the driving force behind the new complex which will contribute to the expanding medical precinct along Woodville Road.

Approached with a unique mix of site requirements, Matter has been working closely with SMFA – Stallard Meek Flightpath Architects and project team to structurally ideate basement carparking, retail tenancies, four levels of flexible consultancy space, and generous communal balconies.

Through its close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the development will be a critical addition to exisiting medical houses whilst elevating the Woodville Road streetscape.
