Re’em is a new chapter for the 15 years old Helen and Joey winery, vineyard and farming enterprise in the heart of the Yarra Valley. The Helen and Joey farm on which the facility is located is a mixture or vineyards, water gardens, pasture, orchard and forest reserve, as well as being a working winery.

Matter Consulting produced an alternative structural and civil design to enhance structural efficiency, buildability and thus cost. The design comprised structural steel framing, post-tensioned floors, precast walls (including for retaining walls) and shallow pad and strip footings.
