32 double storey accommodation units with 10 beds per unit, 300 person town hall, common room and double storey administration building.  The structure consists of prefabricated timber walls, floor and roof cassettes on suspended timber or concrete raft slab foundations.  Suspended timber floors were supported on screw piles, further fast tracking the substructure construction.
