Retaining the cultural heritage of a nineteenth century pub, this 20-storey commercial office building towers above a double-level basement on the corner of William Street and Little Lonsdale Street.

Matter was engaged to design a slender commercial office building over an existing heritage façade and a tight basement site that required innovative engineering solutions and incorporates a concrete framed structure, precast columns and in-situ core.
