This new, purpose-built 24-storey student accommodation features a 20-storey volumetric modular stack over a 4-level concrete podium, stabilised by a central concrete core. To ensure precise detailing for fabrication, modularity was integrated into the layouts from day one through close coordination across all design disciplines.
