The development includes ground-level retail and commercial spaces, communal amenities and a landscaped alfresco garden.
Matter were engaged later in the design process to rework the structure and bring the project back within budget. We eliminated most transfers and simplified the gravity load path, achieving significant savings in both the piling and precast concrete design.
