Matter Consulting in 2019, Matter was engaged to undertake the full structural and civil design of a multi-purpose learning hub in Warrnambool as part of the South West Tafe campus.

The project includes a three-storey contemporary library linking to the existing gun and orderly room constructed in 1868. Steered by the creative direction of @kosloff architecture, Matter facilitated unique structural features such as curved precast walls, long-span cantilever floors and floating central stairs whilst retaining the structural and heritage integrity of the existing building.Client: Joint partnership between Victorian State Government (DET), South West TAFE and Warrnambool City Council.
