We consider the social and environmental impacts of each material and make an educated design decision based on our findings. Whether it’s post-tensioned concrete, steel or mass timber design, we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment through viable sourcing options.

More recently, we have analysed the different levels of embodied carbon produced by post tensioned concrete and mass timber for an office building in Cremorne. Our in-house carbon calculator revealed that mass timber would reduce the building’s carbon footprint significantly in the superstructure (A1-A5).
